Curriculum vitae of Mag.ᵃ Romana Thiem
Mag.a Romana Thiem joined Oberbank in 2005 after studying law at Paris-Lodron University in Salzburg.
She learnt the banking business from the ground up and worked very successfully in corporate banking for more than 10 years before being appointed head of the private banking unit in Salzburg in 2017. Two years later, she was promoted to the management of the Salzburg division, where she took over responsibility for the private customer business and private banking.
In 2022 she was appointed head of the central private customers department in Linz, which she developed into the general banking department, thereby expanding the area of responsibility and creating a new, attractive job profile of "General Banker".
In 2024 the Supervisory Board appointed her to the Management Board of Oberbank
